Zume quickly built a cost effective, time efficient and flexible pizza delivery business by developing high-tech mobile kitchens. That was just the beginning, we wanted to do so much more.

"How can we create a smarter and more sustainable food system?"

The Zume Forward team partnered with restaurants and big brands to maximize efficiency of food preparation and delivery by building mobile kitchens with connected appliances and software that integrates with last-mile delivery and predictive analysis tools. 

I lead product design for the Zume Forward team and worked with a multi-disciplianry team of designers, ux writers, strategists, stakeholders, and product managers in order to build all of the tools that large restaurant brands need to manage customer facing menus, handle the operational logistics of mobile kitchens and prep food orders.
